BUILT Training Inc. ("BUILT Training", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this coaching application landing page, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit a coaching application, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth (optional), and your answers to the application questions covering goals, lifestyle, training history, enhancement status, bloodwork timing, readiness, and investment level. We also collect standard technical information such as your browser, device type, and the page that referred you, along with any UTM parameters present in your visit URL for lead attribution.
We use your application information solely to evaluate your coaching fit, respond to your application, and communicate with you about BUILT Training coaching. Application submissions are reviewed by Carson Labrecque and stored in our secure customer relationship management system.
By checking the required consent box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from BUILT Training related to your application. Marketing text messages are entirely optional and require a separate opt-in checkbox. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as our CRM, form processing, and analytics providers) under agreements that restrict their use of your data, and where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
